Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something’s not right, no worries — we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Here's how it works:

 Damaged or Defective Items: If your item is damaged, defective, or missing upon arrival, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Returns for Dissatisfaction: If you're not happy with your order, contact our support team, and we will assist you. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for the refund to appear.
